Het International Jazz Festival Enschede organiseert in samenwerking met het Millennium Jazz Orchestra en het ArtEZ Conservatorium Enschede de 6e editie van de ArtEZ Composition Contest.
Deze compositiewedstrijd staat open voor componisten van alle nationaliteiten en is niet gebonden aan een leeftijdsgrens. Wel zal er moeten worden voldaan aan het wedstrijdreglement>>.
Een jury zal een voorselectie maken en maximaal 5 composities selecteren voor de finale. Deze zullen door het Millennium Jazz Orchestra o.l.v. Joan Reinders ten gehore gebracht worden op zondag 27 mei 2012 in Theater Concordia tijdens het International Jazz Festival Enschede.
Een internationale jury zal dan de uiteindelijke winnaar van de ArtEZ Composition Contest 2012 bekend maken.
De winnaar ontvangt een prijs van € 3.000,-

De deadline voor het insturen van composities is gesteld op 23 maart 2012. |
The International Jazz Festival Enschede organizes, in collaboration with the Millennium Jazz Orchestra and the ArtEZ Conservatory Enschede, the the 6th edition of the ArtEZ Composition Contest.
This contest is open for composers of all nationalities. There is no age limit.
Contestants, however, have to comply with the competition rules>>.
A maximum of five compositions will be selected for the final round. The Millennium Jazz Orchestra under leadership from Joan Reinders will perform these compositions on May 27 in Theatre Concordia during the International Jazz Festival Enschede.
The winner will be awarded a prize of € 3.000,-.
Deadline
Scores have to be sent in no later than March 23 2012 by registered mail; the date of the postmark is the only valid proof.
